Applicant Eligibility Criteria
- Possess any Degree. ( 10th & 12th Passout are also Welcomed )

Be an excellent communicator in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

A genuine passion for business development and sales.
- Able to generate recurring revenue with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and revenue targets.

Ability to build and nurture relationships with potential clients.

Exceptionally strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
BDE Selection Process & Appointment
Step #1
The applicants who got selected will be inducted into the Internship Training Program, which is for a duration of 2 months.
Step #2
Only those applicants who successfully meet the performance criteria in the phase #1 Internship training program will be offered the BDE role in CorpSecurity with an annual package of 6 lakhs (3+3).
Selected candidates will be issued an appointment letter to formally introduce them to the BDE role.
Internship Training Program
Phase #1 Training
The selected applicants will go through the Phase #1 Training Program, in which they will be taught for 1st week about the fundamentals of business development, After which they will be tested for the next 3 weeks in terms of there generation of at least 1 sale, on which they will be earning extra 10% Incentives above they base pay.
Phase #2 Training
Only those applicants who successfully passed Phase #1 Training Program will be moved to Phase #2 with a salary increment in there Basic Pay + Offer Letter, in which the applicants are required to apply the knowledge they gained in Phase #1 training program and generate revenue according to the Monthly targets given by the Manager.
