Applicant Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline 
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Must be able to work independently and show initiative to problem solve and create solutions 
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks 
  • Must demonstrate superior analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills 
  • Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 

BOE Selection Process and Appointment

Step #1

The applicants who got selected will be inducted into the Applicant Training Program, which is for a duration of 2 months.

Step #2

Only those applicants who successfully meet the performance criteria in the phase #2 applicant training program will be offered the BOE role in CorpSecurity with an annual package of 2-4 LPA.

Selected candidates will be issued an appointment letter to formally introduce them to the BOE role.

Applicant Training Progarm

Phase 1 – Training

Selected applicants will go through the training program in which they will be taught about the fundamentals of Business Operation.

Phase 2 – Training

Only those applicants who successfully passed phase 1 training program will be moved to phase 2 training program, in which applicants are required to apply the knowledge they gained in phase 1 training program and generate revenue set by the respective manager

Roles and Responsibility

Digital Marketing

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Content Creation: Create continuous quality content that engages our target buyers: Ideate, schedule, and create quality content such as blog articles, research papers, promotional PDFs, advertising copies, and course content. Ensure the content produced meets SEO best practices. 
  • Email Marketing: Drafting engaging emails based on buyer journey context. Plan, design, and schedule regular Email Campaigns for nurturing leads by sharing valuable content that attracts and engages leads based on their buyer journey context. Also, occasional sales promotional emails to convert.
  • Prospect and Generate: Continuously prospect for new leads based on product and buyer context and generate leads.
  • CRM Management: Effectively using CRM software to maintain and analyze the leads data. Properly updating all relevant details of leads and customers in the CRM. Logging conversations (Phone, messages, and emails) with leads and customers in the CRM software in respective fields.
  • Engage Target Buyer: Frequent online participation in social media where our target buyers are already conversing. 
  • Volunteer Engagement Coordination: Manage Corp Security Community & Chapters with Voluntary Leaders .
  • Any other operational activities assigned by the management.
