The applicants who got selected will be inducted into the Internship Training Program, which is for a duration of 1 month.
Only those applicants who successfully meet the performance criteria in the phase #1 applicant training program will be offered the HR role in CorpSecurity with an annual package of 2-4 LPA.
Selected candidates will be issued an appointment letter to formally introduce them to the HR role.
Phase 1 – Training
Selected applicants will go through the training program in which they will be taught about the fundamentals of Human Resource.
Phase 2 – Training
Only those applicants who successfully passed phase 1 training program will be moved to phase 2 training program, in which applicants are required to apply the knowledge they gained in phase 1 training program and generate revenue set by the respective manager
