Sales Executive - Managed Security Services

Corp Security Solutions a leading Security Solutions provider is looking for a dynamic Sales Professional who can deliver measurable success.

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Professional that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition. You must be comfortable to handle inbound calls, outbound calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects. As the Inside Sales Executive, you will also be responsible for selling courses to people who have filled out an online inquiry/contact form.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Source and develop client referrals.
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
  • Schedule sales activity.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database.
  • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Negotiate with clients.
  • Develop sales proposals.
  • Prepare and present sales contracts.
  • Conduct product training.
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Follow up on sales activity.
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
  • Carry out market research and surveys.
  • Participate in sales events.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.

Basic qualification/Eligibility criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree/MBA is preferred
  • Love to talk and be on the phone and we’re giving them a reason to call.
  • Working knowledge of Google for Work, Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • Base pay + variable bonus based on regional performance.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales, the last 2 years from security services, facilities management, and/or manpower outsourcing industry
  • Proven successful sales track record.
