Who You’re Contracting With
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, platforms, events, certifications, examinations, training programs, publications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) offered under the CorpSecurity International brand.
The Services are operated by two affiliated entities:
- LYL Corp International LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (“LYL Corp”) — the global brand and IP owner. LYL Corp is the contracting entity for all membership fees (including Annual Maintenance Fees) and, where applicable, training and examination fees processed through our US operations.
- CSS CorpSecuritySolutions Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, in Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“CSS India”) — the global support and delivery entity. CSS India may also serve as the contracting entity for training and examination fees where payment is processed through our India operations, based on user preference or operational convenience.
The entity you are contracting with for a specific transaction will be identified at the point of purchase or registration. Customer support for all Services worldwide is provided by CSS India.
Together, LYL Corp and CSS India are referred to as “CorpSecurity International,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By accessing or using the Services—including creating an account, registering for an event or exam, or making a purchase—you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right—but not the obligation—to moderate, remove, or restrict any Submitted Content at our sole discretion.
6. Purchases
6.1 Payment
When placing an order, you agree that:
- All payment information you provide is accurate and you are authorized to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected, products are unavailable, or pricing errors have occurred. Any amount charged in connection with a cancelled order will be refunded.
6.2 Enrollment Validity — Course Access & Examination
Upon onboarding, candidates are granted a single enrollment window within which they must complete all training and sit their examination. Both course access and the examination attempt must be completed within the validity period specified below. The validity period commences from the date of onboarding.

Enrollment expires automatically at the end of the applicable period. Expired enrollments are not eligible for extension, refund, or transfer. Candidates who do not attempt the examination within the validity period forfeit their enrollment and must re-register and pay applicable fees to sit the examination.
7. Refunds, Subscriptions & Cancellations
One-time purchases (courses, reports, materials): Non-refundable, unless a specific product page states otherwise in writing.
Event registrations: Non-refundable and non-transferable, unless a written Cancellation Policy is issued by us for a specific event.
Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF): The AMF is billed annually to your payment method on file and is payable to LYL Corp International LLC. Payment of the AMF is mandatory to maintain active certification status — your first AMF becomes due at the time your certification is issued following successful completion of the examination. Failure to pay the AMF will result in suspension or revocation of your active certification status. The AMF is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including voluntary cancellation, inactivity, or termination for breach of these Terms. Access to membership and certification benefits continues until the end of the paid term. No pro-rated refunds are issued for any unused portion of the term.
Other Subscriptions: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period—no pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.
To cancel auto-renewal of your AMF or any subscription, submit your written request to support@corpsecurity.org at least 14 calendar days before your next renewal date to avoid further charges.
We will notify you before each renewal with the then-current rate. If you take no action, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
We may adjust the AMF or subscription pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of membership benefits after the new rate takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised fee.

Claiming a CorpSecurity International certification you do not currently hold—including on professional profiles or social media—is a violation of our Code of Professional Ethics. False claims may result in disciplinary action and a penalty of USD $1,000 per falsely claimed certification, payable within 15 days of written notice.
10.3 Continuing Education
Certification holders agree to meet applicable Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements, provide proof upon request, and notify us promptly if compliance becomes impossible. Upon suspension or revocation of a certification, you must immediately cease representing that you hold it and destroy all related certificates.

Membership in CorpSecurity International is open to individuals actively engaged in or interested in our knowledge domains, who agree to abide by these Terms and all CorpSecurity International Policies (including our Code of Professional Ethics, Non-Discrimination Policy, and Anti-Harassment Policy).
11.1 Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF)
Membership requires payment of an Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF), billed in advance for each 12-month membership term. The AMF is collected by LYL Corp International LLC (Delaware, USA) and grants you access to membership benefits for the duration of that term. Membership levels and corresponding AMF rates may vary and are published on our website.
Payment of the AMF is a mandatory condition for maintaining active certification status. Your first AMF is due at the time your CorpSecurity International certification is issued, following successful completion of the applicable examination. Subsequent AMFs are due annually on the same date. Non-payment of the AMF will result in suspension or permanent revocation of your certification status until the outstanding AMF is paid in full, subject to our reinstatement policy.
11.2 Auto-Renewal
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each term at the then-current AMF rate unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 14 calendar days before the renewal date by contacting support@corpsecurity.org. We will send you a renewal reminder with the applicable rate before each renewal date. If you take no action, you authorize us to charge the AMF to your payment method on file.
11.3 Non-Refundable
The AMF is non-refundable and non-transferable in all circumstances. Access to membership benefits continues until the end of the paid term regardless of early cancellation. No pro-rated refunds are issued.
11.4 Termination
Membership may be immediately terminated, without refund, in any of the following events: (a) voluntary resignation; (b) non-payment of AMF by the due date; (c) failure to maintain eligibility requirements; or (d) breach of these Terms or any CorpSecurity International Policy. Upon termination, all membership benefits cease immediately.
