Internship Overview & Key Responsibilities
Join CorpSecurity’s Business Operations Internship and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, client acquisition, social media management, content creation, and customer relationship management. You’ll be assisting in key areas like lead generation, data management, and administrative support while learning business operations and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Editing: Assist with creating and editing engaging content (videos, images, and text) for internal and external communications.
- Lead Generation: Help generate leads through email and social media outreach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships to ensure timely responses and satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain and update records in Excel and CRM systems.
- Administrative Support: Assist with organizing meetings, team activities, and daily operations.
What We’re Looking For: Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; CRM tools familiarity is a plus.
- Quick learner, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
